Daryl is the keystone at the Don Hattan Ford service department. He is always busy keeping the department running smoothly, whether he is on the drive helping customers, answering questions from his advisors and technicians, or even when he is hands-on back in the shop. Daryl has a wealth of industry knowledge that he is ready to share with a new generation of automotive technicians at Don Hattan Technical Training Center.
Brett Grier

Brett is one of our most seasoned technicians and has become a leader in the service center. His favorite part about his job is helping people. When he started out, Brett thought he would just remain a technician, but because of the development and growth at Don Hattan Dealerships, he has become a mentor for newer technicians and is excited to see what the Don Hattan Technical Training Center brings to the shop dynamic.
Nick Kosjer

Nick has put in the hundred of hours of training and practice that it takes to become a Senior Master Technician, which is no small accomplishment. Nick is a great leader who has used his experience and expertise to mentor many other technicians in our dealerships. He is hard-working, level-headed, and full of knowledge both inside and out of the industry. His feedback is always honest and insightful, making him a perfect instructor at Don Hattan Technical Training Center!
Zeph Beard

Zeph is a very skilled Master Technician that can get vehicles through the shop quickly while providing the highest quality service to our customers. He works hard and treats everything with a sense of urgency. Zeph also has a great sense of humor and likes to keep things light and fun in the shop! He is very excited for Don Hattan Technical Training Center to grow and bring in new technicians who are ready to learn and succeed.

When Tristen started working at Don Hattan Ford, he hit the ground running and was immediately productive. Over the last few years, he pushed himself to complete his training to be a Senior Master Technician in 2024! Tristen is a significant contributor to our service department continuing to grow and thrive. He is thorough and accurate, he takes initiative to solve problems and he has a great attitude toward taking care of customers. He is excited to continue learning alongside and mentoring new technicians that come through the Don Hattan Technical Training Center.
